ABOUT ME
Outside of engineering, I love reading, being outdoors, and playing sports.
This past summer I lived in Boston for the first time as a non-student, and I spent my free time taking sunset walks, hosting friends for homemade mocktails, and baking with my coworkers. I love to be in nature; I made three trips up to Acadia National Park, where I hiked The Beehive for the first time and took a blacksmithing class.
Recently, I moved back to my hometown of Encinitas, CA to travel and enjoy the sunshine. In every city I’ve lived, I joined a rugby team as a way to get outside and meet new people, and this fall I started playing with the San Diego Surfers. I love the community that comes with being part of a team and participating in such an intense sport. Beyond rugby, I’ve been reading, baking holiday goods, climbing, lifting, taking yoga classes, and learning to surf!
